Our Dream

To put it simply, our dream is to have a small farm and little store in Glen Aubrey, NY.

Casey's dad and grandpa live next-door to each other, and we hope to join them, and have this be the site of our farm... which may end up being called the Hust Roost! We'll see if it sticks. :)

So far, Casey's dad has a garden and chickens (both for laying and eating), but we would like to expand on those and add other enterprises as well (think pigs, goats, rabbits, turkeys, and honey).

Eventually, we would like to have a store that is a great place for the community to gather. Even though it may be a business, one of our biggest goals is to reach out to the community.

And there you have it!

The first step is to pray and brainstorm, then, Lord willing, move down soon after Rachel graduates.
